Charges

Our charges are £10 per night fully inclusive of electric, awnings, 2nd cars, additional adults, dogs, cats, terrapins (yes we do have somebody who brings one!) etc etc.

We do require a non-refundable deposit of £10. Cheques to be made payable to either Mrs E. Franklin for Greenacres CL or Alan Franklin for Greenacres Farm CL and sent to Greenacres, Bibury, Cirencester, GL7 5LZ. Please include membership number and confirm the arrival and departure dates and, to avoid any confusion, the number of nights required. If you require a receipt please either include an email address or an SAE.

Please note that we will not be accepting Easter or Spring (Jubilee) Bank Holiday bookings of less than 4 days, or May and August Bank Holiday bookings of less than 3 days more than a week in advance. In addition for the Greenacres Farm site for July and August we will not be accepting weekend only bookings more than a week in advance.
